CALLED TO ORDER The meeting was called to order 5:21pm by Meghan with the following in attendance: Meghan and Jason Whalen, Jacqueline Burns and Nina Biehler.

MINUTES OF LAST MEETING Nina made a motion to accept the March minutes and Jackie second.

PRESIDENT'S REPORT Jackie reported that the WAGP Spring Specialty went well and that we had a good sized entry with some new exhibitors!

SECRETARY'S REPORT Meghan reported that she updated the Breeder Referral list currently on the WAGP website on 5/27. In accordance with the guidelines set for the list, only WCA members who live in a state bordering PA are eligible. Meghan cross-checked the WCA membership list, all information is now current.

TREASURER'S REPORT Meghan will notify Sean to send a check to the WCA for our Spring Specialty. WAGP will also need to reimburse Jackie Burns for the Sweepstakes Judges' gifts that she purchased.

COMMITTEE'S REPORT

Rescue Committee – Nina sent a check to TSWR for the donations we received while hosting the booth at the recent Pet Expo. Nina also reported that all recent calls regarding surrenders and adoptions are being referred to TSWR.

NEW MEMBERS N/A

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

New Castle –

• Spring Specialty results will need to be typed by Meghan.

• Jackie is going to contact the photographer to arrange for pictures to put in with the results.

• We need to get in touch with the host club to receive our check.

Canfield –

• Meghan updated the AKC re: Saturday Sweeps judge on 5/18.

• We are in need of trophy donations (monetary, as trophies have been picked) as well as a lot of raffle basket donations.

• Meghan will let the Specialties Coor. know that we will need at least 4 tables ringside.
